If your site was moved (and it's now working), then the database would have to have been moved as well. (Without it the site won't work).

yah i am dumby and didn't back up, i assumed the host company did that, the site didn't all move, most of the site won't work.
a company called theplanet has my sql but refuse to give it to me, saying that it's sashbox.net's property but they are out of biz and i am out of luck

I am willing to bet that after you get your store running again, you will start doing regular backups.

You should be doing backups at least once per week if you have a small store and every day if you have a large store. They need to be downloaded to your PC or a storage device, such as a USB drive, and kept in a secure place.
