Step 3 of checkout with In-store pickup shows delivery address??

Hi guys,

When a customer selects in-store pickup as a shipping method, when they get to Step 3 in the checkout process, they are told with the delivery/shipping address will be in the top right hand corner.

When in-store pickup is selected, how can I

a) get rid of the "Delivery/Shipping Address" title and the address listed below it
b) make it so that under "Delivery/Shipping Address," it says "In-store pickup"

This should work for a. (add to the stylesheet):

#checkoutConfirmDefaultShippingAddress {display:none;}

#checkoutShipto address, #checkoutShipto img {display:none;}

In my test store, it says Shipping Method:
Store Pickup (Walk In)
