Changing table and font colors in checkout pages

When I add something to the cart, I see a page that has a table with a light gray background and white text. Pretty hard to read. I see that the table has colors CACACA, F0F0F0 and E8E8E8. I did a search through all the files for those hex codes and couldn't find anything. What file would I edit to change the table colors? And the font color?

That was the first place I looked. What confuses me is that none of the hex codes I picked off the site were in the css file so I don't know what code in the css covers that table.

I'm going to guess you have some sort of custom template that may have styled that stuff inline rather than in the stylesheet.

We'll need to see your site to know for sure.

No, I'm just taking the standard template and adding my own CUSTOM folder throughout and making changes. You can see the site at www.classicreissues.com/store . Basically, I'm having trouble getting some contrast between my text and the table colors. Since my text is white, it's proving to be a challenge. I have found some of the things to change in the stylesheet related to parts of the table, but not all.

Actually, in the shopping cart, your text is yellow against the white background, but I can't see where it's coming from.

Try adding this to the stylesheet:

#cartContentsDisplay, #cartContentsDisplay a {color:#000000;}

You really shouldn't have to do that, though. Check the colors in the stylesheet for anything yellowish.

That's excellent, Steve. It worked. Can you suggest what code I would add to make the text in the table header white?
