Google Analyitics issue

I just installed the Simple Google Analytics mod and the instructions say that it should be set to "receiving data" or "waiting for data". Mine says "Tracking Unknown".

I've searched the Google Analytics support thread and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Can someone point me in the right direction or let me know what I've done wrong?

It is correct in your site, using UA-12915415-1.... If there are issues they would be in Google or the UA number.

I suspect it is just fine and you should click on status unknown and save in Google.

Remember Analytics is 24 hours behind in reporting as well.

Ahhh. I did not know Google was 24 hrs behind. I don't know what you mean by click on status unknown and save to Google. I can't click on the status unknown icon.

Click the edit link next to your account in that screen, then save.

If you manually alter the date range you can also see today's data.

It's not accurate until stats run on the 24 hr...

Sure it's not accurate. When only half of the day has already happended, there's no way you should rely on the numbers. By definition they are incomplete. In fact, it can sometimes take another 6 to 12 hours for all of the stats for the previous day to be fully fixed.
