Accentuated letters do not appear properly with my hungarian language site

I created a privacy policy page in my shop, but there's a problem:
The accentuated letters do not appear properly.

I have a hungarian language pack installed.

I have a new problem now:

When i edit some page's text, instead of the accentuated letters, some symbol character is written.

I don't do much with other languages, but I found these:

Stevesh is right: Your data is being presented in ISO-8859-1, but you have your language CHARSET set to utf-8.
You can see this yourself: If you change your browser to display in ISO-8859-1 (Western-Latin1), the characters will display fine.
