    Default How To Run File?

    Using Filezilla and just moved the site from a sub domain to main domain.

    The store appears fine but the unable to access the admin.

    Located the Fix Cache Key file to correct the session path.

    Downloaded the Fix Cache Key into the root but not sure how to 'Run' the Fix Cache Key file using filezilla.

    there is a configure.php file in your admin / includes folder that needs to be modified as well. have you done that ?

    thanks Tony, yes I have change the config files in both locations.

    my question is how or what do I do to get the Fix Cache Key file to run to change the session directory as I did not change it in step two (listed as optional) of the tutorial (https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=122).

    I'm sure it is something simple I'm overlooking.

    However I can't see a way to run a file in filezilla or through the 1 & 1 (our hosts) Webspace Explorer interface.

    Answer:

    to run a file on a web server type in the address on a web browser: www.yoursite.com/catalog/fix_cache_key and it runs the file.

    just in your browser, type the URL to the php file for your fix cache key ..
