Layout Boxes Controller

Hello All,

I have recently reinstalled zencart to upgrade and fix a couple things. I was wondering if anyone knows in which files the layout boxes controller and the banner advertisements resides in?

I would like to simply copy these files over to my new store to avoid setting up these setting once again.

There are not in files but are stored in the database
If you upgrade correctly applying your current DB to the new install and upgrade the DB you will retain these settings

Ok so if I have a new database I must reconfigure all these settings again?
