Column Layout Grid for Product Listing

I have installed this module with success!!! Thank you! I am trying to add a separator css border-bottom line between the product listing ROWS.

I was able to do that with the new & all products listing module, but I can't figure out where to place the CSS in the product_listing.php

Here's a link to "all products" with separator line between rows so you can see what I am trying to do.
