Not sure how to get "Best Way" shipping out of my site. Customers are making orders, but my site is notcharging them for shipping. I am set up for USPS and UPS? Is there any way to just have the shipping charged in Paypal?

If you look in the Modules ... Shipping ... what Shipping Modules are actually installed?
Be sure that any that you do not use are REMOVED and not set to Enabled false
If you only have USPS and UPS installed I am not sure where you would be seeing the Best Way on anything ...Linda McGrath
