Image file system

Hello everyone,

I am interested in implementing a image file system on my site where the user can upload and manage their images (name, delete, send via email, etc.).

Does anyone have any information regarding the existence of this functionality or can recommend a developer who can design for me?

there are many gallery scripts out there , you can google for opensource image gallery .
