Cardinal Order Response missing?

Hi,

On 1.3.9a I would get the following message against orders when viewing through the admin panel:

3D-Secure: PROTECTED
ECI Value = 06
CAVV Value =

Any ideas why since upgrading to 1.3.9b nothing gets logged against the orders?

I'm 99% sure it's since upgrading to 1.3.9b

That information is shown in admin-only comments, and will have a padlock beside them. If you're not seeing those, then your /admin/orders.php file is probably older than v1.3.9.xx

Orders.php is from 1.3.9b with the following at the top
@version $Id: orders.php 15994 2010-04-19 17:17:51Z ajeh $

Just copied it over again to make sure and still no Cardinal response.

Checked an order from 1.3.9a and Cardinal response is there in the order, anything from 1.3.9b doesn't appear. What function is writing the record to orders_status_history? Could this have changed in between versions?

Turn on debug-log-to-file in your Website Payments Pro module, recreate the problem, and then download the log files, zip them, upload the zip to a spot on your server where I can download it, and PM me with the link to that zip file.

Do you have your module set to Authorize+Capture? or Authorize-Only?
Judging from your logs I'm guessing you have it set to Authorize-Only? If so, does the problem persist if you set it to Authorize+Capture so payment is settled immediately?

Thanks for the quick response. I have just uploaded to the same place some log files from a transaction that did insert the 3D info to the admin panel. This was from 1.3.9a

I have got it set to authorise, but have just changed it to final and tested - still no 3D info being posted to the order page. I've logged into Cardinal and confirmed that the transaction is being processed correctly through there....

Which card type are you these transactions related to? (actual, not necessarily what's reported by Zen Cart).
Also, v1.3.9c has additional tweaks to PayPal and 3D Secure.

I've only seen Mastercard and Visa transactions, I believe that Maestro is less and less now...

I'll take another look at 1.3.9c today, although when I tried that last time it broke all the login functionality.

OK. Have just upgraded to 1.3.9c and carried out a full transaction (no sandboxing). Order goes through, 3D Secure goes through but still no Cardinal details within the order of the admin panel....

Is anyone else reading this running 1.3.9b/c and getting a Cardinal response against orders??
