Default How can I mass email my customers?

My hosting company (hosting24) won't let me email my customers because it breaks their terms about mass emails.

I'm looking for a simple way to recover all of my customer's emails so I can just copy and send them via gmail. Where exactly would I find them located as a group (i.e. not individually through my store CP)? Details please.

    Thanks.

It would be more useful to post more information about the situation, than to merely bump your thread begging for attention.

Most often the reason for posts getting no answers is because they're vague or don't contain enough information to be clearly understood, so a clear answer can't be given.
Thus, it's much less time investment to just move on to another post that's written much more clearly.

It's taken me WAY TOO LONG to have to break this all down and ask you a whole bunch of questions, and type this pre-amble.
I'm only doing it as a courtesy to hopefully convince you to "help us help you" when you make posts in the future.

"recover" implies that they're lost. Judging by the rest of your post, I'm guessing that that's not what you meant?

You could just set up your store to send all your store's emails via gmail directly. But that would affect *all* emails, not just newsletters. And, then *all* your emails would look like you're sending from your gmail account ... which us MUCH LESS authentic than coming from your own real domain name.
That's why mailing services like MailChimp or ConstantContact are popular choices for mass mailing.

They're in your MySQL database, in the customers table.
The Email Address Exporter addon gives you an admin ("store CP" as you call it) tool to export those addresses in various formats, usable by other software to do newsletter mailings, etc.

What exactly does "can't seem to get it to work" look like?
Does it show up as yellow instead of red? or does it ask you to import instead of export?
What exactly were you really meaning to say but didn't?
