Downloadable Product requiring shipping?

i am using 1.3.9b of zenCart. i have double checked my items and made sure they are all set to:

Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required
Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

and all of the items are green on the file links in the attribute controller for every one of my products.

none of the products that i have in the site have a physical potential for shipping as they are all download products.

let me know if there is any other info you need to help me to pinpoint why this is doing this as i have checked all of the items and they do seem setup properly, but they clearly are not as they are not skipping the shipping module on checkout when logged in.

And you are sure that you have the Zip filename on the Attribute being added for the Single License attribute?

i think that may be it. ill go through and make sure they are added if missing and retest it. thanks ill let you know

Yes it did fix the issue. i had 2 different attributes set to each product, and it makes sense now that it would be part of the one selection... so i did also remove the spurious attribute and with the filenames linked to the one attribute it now functions perfectly.

thanks again as this was vexing me for a while, but now is a bit clearer.
