Fatal error with easy populate v1.2.5.7b

A very critical problem!! I'm updating from v1.2.5.5 and have tried the "remove" and "install" command in browser. But it prompted me the below error. I even can't login my admin panel now. I can do nothing now. This is very urgent. Could any expert tell me what is happening?

I had the same problem,

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ep_get_uploaded_file() (previously declared in /var/www/html/ecommerce/ecom/includes/functions/extra_functions/easypopulate_functions.php:23) in /var/www/html/ecommerce/ecom/includes/functions/extra_functions/easypopulate_functions.php.5.5 on line 50


To fix it I removed my backup files from the server which were called:

easypopulate_functions.php.back
easypopulate_functions.php.back5.5

they were located in /var/www/html/ecommerce/admin/includes/functions/extra_functions
(not my real admin name :)

The link below then worked correctly
