Remove Underline under images and text

I am having trouble removing the underline from below the images and product header texts?

How can i get rid of this. It shows up in all browsers. IE, Firefox, Chrome

I have searched but have had no luck.

If you are refering to when you hover over a link look in the stylesheet.css for these declarations

1. text-decoration:underline;
2. this is what is controlling the underline..
