The file (installSQL), do I just copy and paste it into the Admin-tools-Install SQL Patches page then hit send? Sorry if this is a dumb question but my site is working and I don't want to screw things up.

That's how it's done. A DB backup first wouldn't hurt.
Thanks Stevesh. One other question, I see all the time on this site that a DB backup is a very good thing. Are you referring to the whole site or certain files? I don't quit understand what is exactly the data base.
Upload the SQL file and in the Admin-Config.-Define Page Status, Page 5,6,7 values are set to 1 but do not see it on my site. What am I missing?

You can backup your DB in your hosting account control panel using phpMyAdmin in the Databases section.
There's also this:

but I haven't tried it.
Thanks for the info. Have any idea why the pages are not showing up on my site after having the values turned to 1 in Define Page Status?
Maybe, since I just installed that mod on a test site and got the same result. Turned out I missed changing the name of a couple of Custom_Folder folders to the name of my custom template. Once I fixed that, it works fine.
I did assume at the beginning that the Custom_Folder meant that. However since then I did figure out what I did wrong... The solution to my problem is that the Mod / Sidebox called more-Info file needed to be merged with my custom Info file. In other words, I do not use the sidebox called "More Information"
