Customers & Orders missing after upgrade

I just upgraded from1.3.8b to 1.3.9b. Everything seems fine except my customer database and order history didnt transfer. I have a backup of the site. Is it possible to transfer them to 1.3.9b?

There are a couple of changes to the indexes on the orders and orders_products tables. So just transferring them in wouldn't be quite enough.

However, it would be very dangerous to offer you a specific solution without understanding how you managed to transfer your database without these files in the first place. There may be other, as yet undiagnosed, problems lurking as a result of your upgrade.
