I assume by "page" you really meant "file"? and were referring to the admin html_output.php file?

I assume by "published" you're referring to some sort of software on your PC? What alarms me most about the word "published" is that Microsoft introduced that term in their FrontPage software, and others. And it's a BAAAD idea to use any MS junk, er, software, when working with PHP files.
