Contact Us pre-pops Full Name field with item from store using Algozone Template

New install using Zen Cart v1.3.9b
viewing with Firefox 3.5.8 and IE 8.0.7600.16385
I have installed a custom template from algozone.com

You will see that when the page opens the FULL NAME field is pre-populated randomly by an product name. I have tried this in two different browsers, cleared the cache, temp files and cookies - but it keeps happening.

Try changing to the Classic template to see if the same occurs.
