Even more baffling, Ive just found that the missing emails sent from Zencart on the first purchase (i.e. the "welcome" email and "order confirmation" email) are going straight into the spam folder for customers that have yahoo mail accounts. I ahvent checked other mail clients. I am sending out the regular text-only default email and have made no changes to it at all.
This is definitely not good. I have the site hosted on easyspace and email are being sent via the easyspace account too.
Can anybody give any advice as to how I can prevent this? Maybe something in the email config?
