help question Configure.php - read only

Hello. I'm in the final stages of installing the software.

Instructions say I need to reset my configure.php file located in admin/includes back to read only, etc...

Where in the heck is the configure.php file, and how do I reset it.

    Thanks!

    Gi,
YOur hosting company should provide you with a cpanel.
    www.your_web_site.com/cpanel
you will have a user name and password

    1. click on file manager
    2. click on: public_html
    3. admin/ includes/ configure.php
    4. right mouse click and select from the drop down list file permissions
    5. click to choose 444
    6. and if you ever need to edit the file you will have to change the file permission to 644, then change it back
