Paypal missing order detail

Hi,

I had a few customer placed orders using the paypal website pro payment and paypal express, but there is no detail of the order on paypal.com

I do have discount codes enabled on my store, but the customers did not use any. I believe that does not effect the detail.

This worked in 1.3.8 for paypal express, but in 1.3.9 I do no see details. For paypal website pro payment this is the first time I am using it in zen cart.

Am I missing a setting?

There are no settings to change for submitting line-item details using Express or Pro.
The details are only submitted if the order is using the store's default currency and no discounts/credits are applied to the order, and if the review of the mathematics between all the product prices, order totals, taxes, shipping, etc, all add up exactly the same way PayPal would calculate it. Any possible discrepancy will cause a reduction in the amount of detail sent to PayPal, so that your order can go through despite the limitations of the calculation capabilities on PayPal's end.

Forgot to mention that all the order placed in 1.3.9B did not have any paypal detail.

Even though all means 4 orders

Sorry, but that's a vague statement, and I don't understand what you were trying to say.

Sorry for the confusion.

When I was on 1.3.8 the detail will show up correctly, but after upgrading to 1.3.9B there was no details.

I had a total of 4 orders since on 1.3.9B and none of the detail will show up. The customers did not use a discount code and only 1 was taxed so I would assume the other 3 would have details.

Let me know if that was clear.
