    Default Shipping table rate problem

    can someone hlep we work this out... i have been staring at number all morning and now i cant even see straight!

    i charge £7 per 20KG shipping

    using table rate shipping i have

    0-20kg = £7
    40kg = £14
    60kg = £21
    80kg = £28
    100 = £35
    etc...

    i have no percentage weight set for packaging under Admin>Conf>Shipping/Packaging to keep things super simple...

    yet my shipping calculations dont work on the shop side?

    for example
    a 52.6kg order should have £21 shipping cost, but it doesnt, it shows £28.
    a 122.7kg order should be £49, but its calulating £63 shipping

    my table rates are below... some please show me where im going wrong!

    20:7,40:14,60:21,80:28,100:35,120:42,140:49,160:56,180:63,200:70,220:77

    Check the Maximum Weight and the Tare Rates ...

    The Maximum Weight default is 50 ... so 52 is breaking up the weight to 2 x 26 = $28 on your settings ...

    Raise the Maximum Weight if you do not want this happening to be higher than your calculations ...

    Also, be sure that if Tare should not be used to set both to 0:0 ...
