Weight per Item?

Basically i would like to have it so each product has its own individual shipping price calculated using a table. (table is on shipping page on my website http://www.clickpurchase.co.uk)

Whats the easiest way to do this, obviously id like the customer to choose between the 3 options stated on the table, Royal mail 1st, Royal Mail 2nd and ParcelForce.

This is one way but she will cost you a little out of the pocket money..
