Categories listings

I have added the following at the top of my Categories listing (click to expand) as shown at: http://www2.thetrailingedge.com/tte

The problem is I added it as a category and the (0) shows up next to it.

How Can I remove the (0) on that item only or do I have to enter that text somewhere else, I want to keep it in parenthesis.

Your help as usual is greatly appreciated.

Categories Dressing will let you put headings or notes above any category you like.
