Troubleshoot: Blank page when moving from step 1 to 2 in checkout

I've used older versions of Zen Cart before, but installed 1.3.8 for the first time on a new site this weekend. I'm happy with everything, but for some reason when I go to checkout, after I sign in, Go to step 1 of 3- Delivery information ( index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping) , and then click "continue checkout", it goes to a blank page (index.php?main_page=checkout_payment) I tried the IPN test, and thats fine- I tried logging, and I have nothing, so I don't think it's getting that far. Any idea what the problem could be? Any idea which files are being accessed at this point?

You probably have an outdated order total module installed.
Here's a tool to aid in debugging. Try step 2(a).

Used that error Logging sticky. Works like a charm. Your dead right- missing the file. Seems like it would be so logical to catch it! C'est la vie. Thanks again! I'll add in a little more for my next donation.

Hi ive got the same problem its started to show blank page after clicking on checkout,ive downloaded the debug but cannot view the errors as om on a shared hosting,please tell me which file is missing?
