Order not showing up in admin

Hi,

I'm using Zen-Cart 1.3.9b, and yesterday I got an order from Brazil, payed with a creditcard, but this morning, when making the order ready to ship, the order doesn't show up in my admin, I can only see the name of the customer and the amount of the order, but not the list of products of the order,

what is going wrong, it's the first time this has happened to me.

What payment module was used for payment?
What payment modules do you have installed and enabled?
When was the last order before this one? Did it use the same payment module? What's happened to your store since that previous order?
What do you mean by "the order doesn't show up in my admin"? It *must* show up or you wouldn't be able to "only see the name of the customer and the amount" ...
I'm rather unclear about what *is* and *is not* working, and where, and on which screens.
And how do you know they "payed with a creditcard"?

I'm using Multisafepay, I can see the payment on the website of Multisafepay, the only other module I'm using is moneyorder,
the last order before that was the day before, using the moneyorder module, nothing has changed in my store the last few days.
All I can see in my admin is that some customer has made an order, and I can see the total amount, I have to look in my confirmation email to see the order.

Does this happen with other Multisafepay orders?
Have you had any other orders with that module?
