Uninstalled Module, Main page not showing

Hello,

Im new to the forums so please bear with me.

Here are the details:

My site is www.h o f h s.com

Im using Zen-Cart 1.3.8a
I have not had my cart upgraded
I installed Magic Zoom Plus (a zoom module for zencart )yesterday to try it out but when i uninstalled it and deleted the files it seems as if everything else was deleted too. (Maybe i'm wrong, but my main page is blank,no header, no categories shown etc. )
I uploaded the public_html folder from a backup and i still have the same problem.
However, when in my Admin>define pages editor my code for my main page is still shown
When i look at the source code for my main page it doesnt reference to any of the files it should. Is there a debugger tool that i can use to see what files i'm missing to get my site back to normal? Please help.

Sme more information about my issue:

Also all of the code when i go to Admin>Tools>define pages editor is unchanged. Im just puzzled to why nothing is showing up on my website if all i did was uninstall a module and delete the files from the module.
