URGENT - add to cart box on product info pages not working

Hi, I recently edited tpl_product_info_display and moved the add to cart section of code so that my add to cart box was in a different place, I also edited the button to our own design but now it doesnt work, when you clikc the button nothing happens. Does anyone know where ive gone wrong? I've only just noticed this and cant believe i missed it as its a vital part of the product info page! Please help.

Yes it does seem the link is missing but im pretty sure i wouldnt have removed that, Unless I did it by accident?

I really don't know how to check if the links there or not though? I'm sure what I'm looking for in the code. do you know the problem yet? Really need some help here as need that button to work asap.
