    red flag Fatal error zen_encrypt_password()

    Hi all,
    I am using zc v 1.3.9c and most of it is working great.

    When l try to register as a customer l am getting a blank page??
    I have done the debug instructions and am getting
    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_encrypt_password() in /home/cheapho/public_html/zencart/includes/modules/create_account.php on line 260

    I have checked the create_account.php and password_funcs.php with the original zen-cart-v1.3.9c-full-fileset-05162010 and they look the same.

    Can someone please help me figure this out.

    My site is here

    Sally

    Did you use WinMerge when comparing the 2 files?

    Also take a look at this FAQ: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82

    Hi frank18
    No l just compared the files side by side in Dreamweaver. I will go an look for WinMerge and see if it picks anything up.

    If l re-load zc 1.3.9c original files, will that over write over any addons I have loaded?

    Cheers

    Sally, you can reload the 2 files in question. That will overwrite your existing files. See if things are working normal after the reload.

    I used WinMerge and it was the password_funcs.php. It had been altered, once I reloaded the current one it worked.

    Thank you so much for your help.
