cannot log in as an admin

hi guys i have searched the security FAQ, but unable to find an answer for this..

we are unsure but it seems our site has been hacked, and now we cannot log in with the admin details we set.

can i access a php file via ftp to retrieve the password, to apply security patches and so forth?

I was hacked.... just found out... same issue you are having. I spent 2 hours on the phone only to get into my "myPHPmyadmin" & see i had been removed as the admin, & some stranger & their email was inserted. I have followed the FAQ instructions, even withGoDaddy's support team- to no avail.... am VERY upset... they advised I contact ZenCart directly. ANY help out there???

You need to reset the admin password (the link I posted earlier) to take back control of Zen Cart and then follow the instructions in the link posted by haredo.

Does GoDaddy have a backup of your site before the hack took place? Can they restore it for you?
