EP Warning Error Help please

I uploaded my products to my store. they uploaded successfully except the prices are all $0.00. in EP module after upload all prices are shown as being uploaded successfully. I have attemted to Update the prices and with still the same result.

I receive a warning at the top of the page after upload which i assume is the cause of the error. Help is greatly appreciated Tx in advance.
