We are not able to get in to Zen Cart to view our orders. To be honest I am not sure what verison we are using as I just got involved with the managing of the site and when we go to the admin to log in it claims we entered the wrong login or password which is not the case

tutorials/FAQ are the first place to look, but I would also look in the wiki for recovering from hacks.
A little help with colors.
