Googlecheckout - 3rd party code - Where to put it?

Hi all. I'm using Zen Cart v1.3.8. I currently have the google checkout installed and working and I am trying to integrate some 3rd party tracking code. From what I have been able to guess, I need to add xml code from here - http://code.google.com/apis/checkout..._tracking.html but I can't figure out where to put it. I've searched and searched, but I can't find anything that helps.

Can anyone help me with this? I am using this with ShareaSale, but their support people can't help.
