Should the "Configuration->Sessions" and "Configuration->Logging" directory options be /home/***/public_html/cache ?
The Session Directory setting should match the DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE setting in your configure.php files, and that does typically point to the /cache/ folder of your site.
The Logging option is irrelevant unless you've turned on query logging ... which you shouldn't be doing anyway.
