Moving data from old host

my problem is similar - just want to make sure I get it right. I was converting my test store zen 1.3.9c into live - it is on a different host. The original store zen 1.3.8a is hosted elsewhere. I have used mysql backup plugin several times while I was testing to move data between the two sites. Only drawback was I had to do a database upgrade each time - no problem, just an inconvenience. My old host shut me down before I could get a current backup - I am two weeks out of date. I still have access to phpmyadmin. I can export my 1.3.8a database. Under structure, I have checked ADD DROP TABLE, ADD AUTO_INCREMENT and ENCLOSE TABLE AND FIELD NAMES WITH BACKQUOTES. Under DATA, I have checked COMPLTE INSERTS, EXTENDED INSERTS, USE HEXADECIMAL FOR BINARY FIELDS. Export type - INSERT and then Save To File.
Do I have it correct? Thanks in advance.
