My ZenCart is running very slow - MondoTex.com

I deactivated all modules that I don't need and it is still so slow. I don't know what to do!

No, it was OK when I installed it

That really sounds like an overloaded or misconfigured server problem

I did not change any configuration. All I did was to customize the css, create categories and post my listings.
Now I am struggling with this slow run and with removing the PayPal Express logo from the first shopping cart page. I noticed that if somebody is doing the express checkout will be redirected to PayPal and back to my site and the payment is not processed. In the order appear payment by money order or check, even though the money order is not installed!!!
Any ideas how to remove that image/link from there? In which file I can “cut” that?

Your site loads very quickly for me this morning.

You don't want to remove that Paypal button. Go to Admin - Modules - Payment and click Remove on all payment options you don't use. Don't just disable them and leave them installed.

It is running much faster today ... that is a symptom that the server was having problem an may have been rebooted. Ask your host!
