Did you set it to look up 'all files -Catalog/admin'?

Try search for 'Outdoor Playgrounds Indoor Playgrounds' in the 'look up in all files'

1. When searching files, it's best to search for just ONE word, not ALL those words, esp if you have symbols or punctuation between them.

2. Metatags are auto-generated from category names ... perhaps that's where that info is coming from on your site?

3. Metatags are also generated from data you've entered inside your admin area at the per-product or per-category level.
