missing paypal order occasionally

Hi,
I have the same issue as the previous contributors. My question is what features will not be available if I do not offer web payment standard, and only offer express? I believe the current benefit I receive is that non paypal users fill out their customer info on my site before paying through paypal. If they use express all their info will go through paypal and I won't have their info on zencart, right?

I can work around that of course, but I just want to make sure that is the only downfall. The customer will still have the ability to leave paypal checkout comments to seller, choose gift options, etc., right?

I will either disable web payment standards, OR I may give it a couple more weeks. This is because I am transferring my site to a new host company that has faster servers. Maybe the lack of paypal-to-zencart communication will not happen again...

Express Checkout has all the same "benefits" as you call them. It just does them in a slightly different order. For example, even though the customer gives their information to PayPal, PayPal shares their address details back to your store so you can use that information for shipping etc. You're not losing anything.
