I have a "default" ZC install that I use for customer sites that includes additional modules. The SQL installs for these modules are included in the zc_install/sql/plugins directory.

This works fine in the 138a version but having upgraded to 139 it no longer applies the plugin sql files. I can't find anything in the release notes regarding a change in this ?
