VAT Not displaying (I need it to be separate

Hello People,

I have set the VAT to 17.5% - It calculates it correctly, but it wont add it to the order total. I've read other posts on here saying that the price should be set to include tax, but this is not appropriate in my case - they need to be separate. This is what I'm getting:

Found the solution!

I changed "basis if product tax" to "shipping" Configaration->My Store.

Seems to have worked so far...
