Urgent help required

Hi,

When customer tries to make payment, nothing comes up on screen and its blank.

What version Zen-Cart is this?
Did you install any new mods just before this happened?
Did you make any changes just before this happened?

1.3.9c... I installed image handler today but i think problem was there yesterday.

Yesterday, i did not install any module but remember uninstalling Super orders.
