When did you get the error? On the download? Where are you runnig the install? Are you doing it locally or on a server (your website)? If you're installing on a server, upload (FTP) everything again.

I got it while downloading. I downloaded again as saved this time. I downloaded it to my pc. I'm now ftp onto the server (fingers crossed)
