So I guess your saying their is no patch for this and start over. I install the new copy to be a fresh install of the cart but I attached it to the old cart DB. My old cart which is still running 138 still looks fine. when I restored the db from the back up is when i started getting the error only in the new install, the 138 copy has no errors and appears happy. I do plan to run the update following your procedure for the other sites but wanted to run the first install as a normal install. Guess I can continue to use the old cart for now. Sorry
