Sophy Blue

I am using the sophy bluw template on my website: fitone-online.com.

How do I widen the centre page so that everything is not so narrow? Preferably I would like the page to fit the screen.

Plus where do I change the settings? I have looked in the css because I assume that is where the settings stem from and although it is set to 100% - it is not as you can see.

width:750px;
}

1. change the 750:
2. to this:
3. 100%
