Help. I accidently downloaded an unwanted item in my index.php file and I need to know how to remove it. When I open the folder I get the File Download asking if I want to open or save. I just want to delete it. What should I do. It is something that was originally on my desktop.

What do you mean....."downloaded into index.php"? Did you edit the file, or just send a new file to your server?
You need to look in your files, either through your cPanel or an FTP client, delete the "unwanted" file.
