Postal Tracking Number......

Hi,

Is there anything available or anyone who can do the following for us:


We would like to have our store setup so that every order is marked as "pending", then a script will print the packing slip for each "pending" order and mark them as "processing".

Then we would like to be able to enter the order number and scan the royal mail tracking number and it will put the tracking number on that order and will email the customer the tracking number and mark the order as "posted".

I think i have explained it ok, however if not please feel free to ask.

We just used the order update status feature that emails the customer (if selected) and once we had the tracking number from RM, we put this in the message advising of the change in order status.

We had a ezPage that linked directly to RM tracking function (using an iframe) so customers were able to track their package within the "context" of our site.
