500 internal error help

Everytime I send emails from within admin I get the 500 internal error page and the emails all fail. I dont really know what I should be looking for to fix

Any advice suggestions would be much appreciated.

if you have hosted with a decent hosting company, they would provide a facility in your host account c-panel to view the SERVER ERROR LOG.

If you open this log file, the nature of a 500 error will be described there.

Using this information you can see where the system is failing, and then work at the necessary fix.

We cannot suggest any solutions without knowing what the error log is saying to you.

I host with godaddy and have error reporting on but have no idea when I load the logs what I am actually looking for and where!!

Oh dear... you will have to ask them to check the error log and let you know what the problem is.

You do know that GoDaddy is probably the worst place in the universe to host a sophisticated site like zencart?
