Sage 2010 - Export Orders & Customer Details to SAGE ACCOUNTING...Anything available

Hi,

I'm hoping someone in these forums may be able to help me. We currently use Sage 2010 to handle all our accounting. We have a zen cart site that uses a module installed by a UK zen cart design company which exports customer and order data as a XML. We then use a program called ORDER IMPORTER which takes the data from the XML table and imports into our SAGE accounting programme...

Now Im sure most of you are probably thining if you have a solution that works why change...answer to this is that the UK zen company charge a premium of £200 everytime this module is installed. I need the module on 5 of my personal sites and dont fancy paying £1000 for the same thing.

Sage accepts CSV files so my question to you guys is this; "is there a module out there that allows me to export customer details and order details into a CSV file which can then be imported into sage.

Below is an example of the XML generated by this module;

This XML is then imported into the software above (WEB IMPORTER) then sent to sage.

I'm not sure if anyone has created such a module to work with sage.

My requirement would be as follows;

1. Something that downloads information as the XML above

2. Imports the information to Sage

3. Show the customers as customers in sage

4. Shows the orders as invoices in sage

5. Shows the shipping as shipping charges in sage


I could carry on using the expensive solution that I have but the cost to do so is £1000 plus the £100 per store charges by WEBXEL £500 (For all five store) So thats £1500 a year before I've even paid my account to check everything.

I'm hope some advice can be shared here.
