Yes, it indicates that the hard drive on which the /tmp/ folder is located has run out of space ... or the hosting account you've subscribed to has exceeded its alotted disk space usage.
Your hosting company will have to help you in this regard, and you should notify them of the problem immediately..

thanx for your reply. I just checked again, just in case, and everything is back to normal, there must have been some glitch with host or something (cuz I have ulimited disk space).
Disk space is never "unlimited"; that's just marketing speak to get you to sign up.
There will be physical limits and bottlenecks as well as software configured limits.
